– 50 g de pain complet (ou autre)
– 15 g de fromage frais
– 1/2 avocat
– 3 tomates cerise
– 10 g d’alfalfa germé
– 4-5 rondelles de radis
– 5 g de cumin
Préparation:
1. Préparez tous les ingrédients : coupez les rondelles de
radis, les tomates cerise en deux, l’avocat en lamelles.
2. Tartinez le pain de fromage frais.
3. Réalisez votre tartine en assemblant le tout et parsemez
de graines germées et de cumin.

Ingrédients (pour 2 personnes)
– 4 grosses tranches de pain complet
(ou aux céréales)
– 1 banane bien mûre
– 2 oeufs
– 1 c. à café d’huile de coco
– 1 grand verre de lait d’amande
– 1 pincée de cannelle
– 1 c. à soupe de purée de cacahuète
– 1 c. à café de mieln
Préparation:
1. Battez les oeufs avec le lait d’amande, la banane écrasée,
le miel et le beurre de cacahuète.
2. Versez dans une assiette creuse et imbibez les
tranches de pain dans ce mélange.
3. Faites chauffer l’huile de coco dans une poêle et
faites-y revenir les tranches de pain jusqu’à ce qu’elles
aient une belle coloration.
4. Placez le tout sur une assiette et nappez du reste de
mélange. Saupoudrez d’un peu de cannelle.
5. Vous pouvez accompagner le tout de fruits frais.
